Give staff a clear, guild-visible way to communicate when they are away or only partially available.

Commands
/loa rules and /sloa rules display the configured rules. Use status to create or update a record, check to inspect a member or yourself, and list to see active records. All are staff-only.
Nickname handling
The original nickname is stored before an active LOA nickname is applied and restored when the status is deactivated. The bot needs Manage Nicknames and must be above the member in the role hierarchy.
