Make expertise searchable.

Tags are scoped to each guild and help staff find the right person for a question.

Managers

/tag create and /tag delete control the available tag catalog.

Staff

/tag add, /tag remove, /tag list, and /tag check manage or discover expertise.

Managers

/tag ping mentions staff members who have a specific tag.

Permission model

Staff members are registered per guild. Managers are staff members with the configured manager role, while Administrators can use manager-only controls as a fallback. Tags and their assignments are stored separately for every guild.

Suggested workflow

  1. A manager creates a small, consistent catalog such as java, br, or billing.
  2. Staff assign tags to themselves or another staff member with /tag add.
  3. Use /tag check to find people and /tag ping when a manager needs to notify the whole expertise group.
